A foot bridge connecting the south end of the boulevard with the rest of the city. A common custom for newlyweds is they write their names and possibly a small message on a lock and lock it to the bridge railing, signifying that they are "locked into marriage" (signifying their committment to each other.) All locks here, for the entire length of the bridge and part of the other side, are from 2007 and 1/2 month of 2008. They all must get removed every year or so. There were literally hundreds of all kinds of locks.
