I walked past this place a few times last time I was in Odessa, and a few times this trip, too, and I never saw anyone go in or out of it. What the hell is it? Finally, I figured I had to know, so I walked in and discovered that it was the Ukraine's answer to FAO Swartz. 4 stories of kids toys, clothing, and food. Unfortunately, the toys were pretty much Disney, Mattel, etc. All words were in English, except the paper tags. I could have been in downtown S.F. (except for the guards all over the place.)
